In September 2026, our team travelled to India to visit LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA 2026 in Bengaluru and MEDICAL FAIR INDIA 2026 in Mumbai. The journey also included face-to-face meetings with customers to discuss their applications and temperature-control requirements.
At LASER World of PHOTONICS INDIA, our team focused on the thermal-management requirements of laser and photonics applications. Depending on the actual equipment architecture, these applications may require compact TECs, stable temperature control, specialized structures or integration within limited installation space.
At MEDICAL FAIR INDIA, we explored temperature-control requirements in medical, diagnostic and laboratory equipment. Applications such as PCR and IVD may place greater emphasis on rapid thermal cycling, temperature uniformity and coordination between the TEC, sample block, sensor, controller and hot-side cooling system.
Customer visits formed another important part of the journey. These discussions enabled us to better understand practical project conditions, including heat load, target temperature, available space, heat-dissipation methods and reliability expectations.
Every application presents a different thermal challenge. A suitable solution therefore depends not only on the TEC itself, but also on the complete thermal path and control system.
With our India visit now concluded, we sincerely thank all the customers and partners who met with us. Through P&N Technology and i-TEC, we look forward to continuing these discussions and supporting future thermoelectric cooling and thermal-management projects in India.
