2025 P&N Technology  Distributor Conference

Last week, P&N Technology and its subsidiary i-TEC Technology successfully held the European Distributor Conference in Xiamen. Colleagues from the German branch and distributor partners from across Europe gathered together, using traditional Chinese culture as a bond to strengthen cooperation and discuss future development.

From airport pickups to farewell send-offs, we infused every aspect of the event with a "Traditional Chinese" theme. Whether it was venue decoration, itinerary planning, or catering and accommodation, each element was meticulously designed to make our guests from afar feel the warmth and sincerity of Eastern hospitality.

Over the two-day event featuring conferences and factory tours, we engaged in in-depth discussions with online and offline distributors about industry trends, product innovation, and market strategies. The P&N Technology team comprehensively demonstrated our latest R&D achievements in semiconductor thermoelectric cooling chips and thermal management modules, as well as our rigorous quality control system. Clients unanimously agreed: "This trip was truly worthwhile — we’re even more confident in your technical expertise and execution capabilities!"

At a warmly ceremonial awards gala, we honored distributor partners who demonstrated outstanding performance over the past year. Each trophy not only recognizes exceptional achievements and contributions, but also embodies P&N Technology's commitment to growing together with our partners through mutual success.

Following the conference, we guided our clients through the "Glimpse of Southern Min" cultural experience, offering an immersive journey into Xiamen‘s local traditions and intangible cultural heritage. Coinciding with the Mid-Autumn Festival season, European partners enthusiastically participated in the lively “Bo Bing ” dice game, discovering the unique charm of Fujian’s traditional customs. As night fell, our teams gathered for a barbecue party under the stars, sharing stories and strengthening bonds in a relaxed atmosphere.
