This series is engineered for integration into the most space-constrained applications, such as wearable medical devices, micro-lasers, and high-density optical transceivers, enabling precise thermal management at a chip scale.

High-Performance Multi-Stage TEC Series: Demonstrating extreme temperature differential capabilities, i-TEC's multi-stage TECs will feature up to 6 stages. These modules are critical for applications demanding ultra-low temperatures and high stability, including infrared detectors, quantum communication equipment, and sensitive laboratory instrumentation.

High-Temperature TEC Series for Harsh Environments: Setting a new benchmark for reliability, this series offers TECs capable of long-term, stable operation in ambient temperatures up to 250°C.
